The Kirkstall Pub Lunch

Country comfort

$60 includes full lunch and cider demo

Kirkstall Hotel
12/20 Atkinson St, Kirkstall

Fancy a traditional Sunday roast, by a roaring fire, in a quaint country pub, hearty laughs and souls abounding, while learning all about cider making, under the guide of one of the cleverest, friendliest, handsomest blokes in the region? Might you fancy that?

Join pastry chef and sourdough expert Will Jane from renowned south west bakery Jane Dough, who’s turned his hand to making the hearty brew, perfect for a cold afternoon. Using foraged apples from roadsides around Kirkstall, watch and learn as Will takes guests through the cider making process, including using a traditional wooden press. A hearty roast pork lunch with vegetables and apple sauce will be served as well as a delicious apple dessert. Apple juice and cider tastings will be offered throughout the afternoon with other drinks at bar prices. Come along for old-fashioned country hospitality at one of the south-west’s best hidden gems, just ten minutes down the road from Port Fairy.

Places limited to 50 seats. Bookings essential via phone: 5565 8440
