Chef and teacher Cat Clarke, residing in Dimboola on Wotjobaluk country, boasts over two decades of experience as a skilled chef. With a passion for utilizing seasonal produce and highlighting local bush foods, Cat crafts menus that celebrate the richness of the region. As an educator, she imparts her culinary expertise to aspiring Cookery students, guiding them on a journey into the world of food. Cat firmly believes in the transformative power of cooking, viewing it as a source of confidence, resilience, and creativity. Beyond nourishing the body, she sees food as a form of medicine that has the ability to foster relationships, share stories, and bring people together.

Two hands-on sessions will run for:

Youth aged 12-18 years, from 10.30-12pm
Adults aged 18+, from 3-5pm.

Places are limited to 15 people, bookings essential.
