Join us for some laugh out loud mindful movement in this 1 hour Acro Yoga session for ages 8+. Expect to enjoy personal, partner and group challenges that involve balance, strength and focus. With time to slow things down and tune in, move with mindfulness and become quiet and still in a final relaxation. This session allows you to explore the benefits of yoga whilst interacting with one another in a fun and engaging way, practicing communication, cooperation, kindness and focus throughout. Please note under 12s will need a supervising or participating adult. This activity is delivered in partnership with Moyne Youth Arts Collective and funded through the Victorian Government FReeZA program.
