Dive into a mesmerising world of colour, movement and joy with our poi twirling circus workshops. where every spin brings balance to both body and mind. Discover the benefits of stimulating right and left brain coordination while indulging in a fun, soulful fitness activity. This activity is delivered in partnership with Moyne Youth Arts Collective and funded through the Victorian Government FReeZA program.
